Personal History

NEW YORK (October, 2010) --

Waves!

The waves will be 30 minutes apart instead of 20; this will make things a lot easier at the start.

My time last year was the best in five years, but still not satisfactory. This year, however, I've trained a lot harder, and expect to break 4:00 for the first time since 2003.

What else?

It's back to the political trenches.

Charter revision, campaign finance, and other city government reform efforts -- I'm on it.

Gearing up for Marathon #25!

This year is a tune-up for the big challenge -- if I can break 3:55 this year, then take another 20 minutes off next year, I'll qualify for Boston!

What to Look For

The famed "Happy Feet II" t-shirt is back again, because ... oh, why the heck not?

So come on out.
